1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Crown Point Property Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

Crown Point Property Solutions provides property oversight, inspections, and preservation services for property owners and investors in the Atlanta, GA region.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting our services and to ensure you have the necessary authorization for us to access and inspect the specified properties.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Crown Point Property Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

6. Property Photography and Documentation

Crown Point Property Solutions may photograph or record areas of a property when reasonably necessary to perform requested services, document property conditions, prepare reports, or communicate with the client. These photographs and recordings will be used only for providing and documenting the contracted services unless the client separately authorizes promotional use.

7. Optional Marketing and Portfolio Permission

With the client’s prior written permission, Crown Point Property Solutions may use selected property photographs or videos in its portfolio, website, social media, advertisements, or other marketing materials. Promotional content will not intentionally include the client’s name, occupants’ identities, exact property address, access codes, license plates, personal documents, family photographs, or other identifying or sensitive information.

Granting marketing permission is optional and is not required to receive services.

8. Pricing, Payments, and Cancellations

All prices, required deposits, payment deadlines, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility will be detailed in the service agreement or invoice provided prior to the commencement of work. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in a suspension of services.

9. Visual Observations

Property condition checks performed by Crown Point Property Solutions are visual observations only. They are not licensed home inspections, appraisals, code inspections, or guarantees of property condition or structural integrity.

10. Third-Party Vendors

Clients may grant us permission to coordinate with third-party vendors on their behalf. Please note that third-party vendor services may be subject to their own separate pricing, agreements, warranties, and terms of service.

11. Unforeseen Delays

Crown Point Property Solutions is not liable for delays caused by severe weather, utility problems, unavailable property access, emergencies, or any other circumstances outside of our direct control.
